False advertising Hand fuel pumps

False advertising. It will NOT pump 15 ounces per revolution. Not even close. The box it comes in even says 4 ounces per stroke. Absolutely useless.

Heavy Duty Pump Best in Category Manual Fuel Pumps

I have three different products that I have had to pump from 5 gallon pails. Gear oil, hydraulic oil and heavy oil with a viscosity of 90, these pumps worked perfectly and still work with oils of any viscosity.

Not for water based chemicals and difficult to pump

Easy to assemble but rusted after being used to pump sanitizing solution. In addition, it was very difficult to pump. It's a workout. I don't remember it saying it was only oil based. Spring. Used once and now in the bin.

Great for pumping out drains

Excellent $18 pump for pumping out sewage from a drum. Then just throw it away. well behaved and did his job. The instructions say not to use with water, but there should be enough "coverage" or "film" in the drain for it to work! back to transfer more in a month or two and the pump got stuck. Frozen and rusty. not intended for water! Here's a kinky movie for you!

A good bucket pump without a big price.

I was very pleased with this bucket pump. I think it would be better if it attached to the 5 gallon bucket the same way plastic lids do, but other than that I have no complaints. so far it has worked flawlessly. I am very happy with my purchase. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would rather create a seal on the bucket than just pinch it.

Works, but thin lid.

After about 4 months of moderate use, the molded collar around the air intake in the center of the cover cracked in two places, broken, then the screws broke out of the metal cover. Now I'm trying to get a new collar from the manufacturer. The lid itself is fairly thin for its intended use. I tried to contact the manufacturer to get a repair kit and they replied to my email but overall even with spares this item is really designed for minimal and infrequent use. I finally broke down and ordered
