Worth a try! with hip and waist supports

I work standing on a concrete floor and have back problems. My chiropractor suggested this belt. It gets a little uncomfortable after a few hours, but I keep wearing it because I don't feel any pain after taking it off. Definitely worth a try!

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I LIKE VELCRO: Hip and waist supports

I NEED HIGH SUSPENDERS BECAUSE THE TOP GOES TO THE BELT SO I WEAR IT IN THIS POSITION AND IT REALLY WORKS BY USING IT. I LOVE THE VELCRO THAT KEEPS IT IN PLACE. I LOVE IT'S NOT TOO LONG, SOFT INSIDE AND NO HARD BONES. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT!

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Not fit to run but works

Bought on recommendation of PT to keep running. It fits well and is comfortable, but it is difficult to keep it in place while running as it likes to "bounce". I've tried different running clothes and my spandex was the most comfortable as it doesn't "flip over" like other bottom materials do.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • I won't say anything

This belt is worn by my husband. The relief was immediate.

My husband wears this belt. The relief was immediate. Pain in the sacrum, which haunted him for 6 months, after 10 days went down to almost zero. He needed a guide on how to wear it and he got it on YOUTUBE. It seems most effective to wear between the top of the femur and below the top of the thigh crest (pelvic bone?). The strap needs to be adjusted from time to time because it tends to slide up after an hour or two.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Negative present

More harm than good

I followed the directions for proper wearing, but this belt only pinched the ilioiliac nerve and put pressure on it rather than support it. I'm willing to consider that maybe I adjusted it too tight or something, but after wearing it just once with negative results causing more pain I feel like I wasted my money. I have tried many different treatments for sacroiliac nerve pain with mixed results. Contrary to what some may think, chiropractic care is helpful, but it's not a magic bullet.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Flaws

Non-returnable - Not useful

Attention buyers: THIS ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED. I got this hoping it would relieve the SI pain I've been experiencing for a long time, especially when I'm a bit on my feet. I fiddled with it for quite a while, adjusted and adjusted the strap exactly according to the instructions, loosened, tightened, sat for about twenty minutes. After wearing it for about two hours I didn't feel any relief and in fact I felt particularly uncomfortable in it. I would return it but just realized it's…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not automatic

Perfect for me Fits orthotics, splints and bandages

I work at my desk and this has 'saved my back'. After a car accident, sitting is terrible for my upper back and neck - it literally hurts to sit for even 5 minutes. I outfitted my home office with a standing desk, but of course my lower back wasn't happy with it for very long. This belt literally allowed me to stand in my lower back with immense comfort for hours while I worked. What I like about it is that it's not huge and bulky, I was looking for thin (and honestly, if anything, a little…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Out of style

Not exactly an SI belt.

This belt is not suitable for the Sacroiliac (SI) belt. More of a lumbar support. The belt is 4 inches wide. The SI belt is more like 2.5 or 3 inches long because it needs to be low on the hips where your body bends to pull through the SI joints. This belt creases when you bend forward, putting pressure on your bladder and creating wrinkles on your skin. The small/medium body is 41 inches long, but you'll need to grab each end to tighten it, so trim 2-3 inches from each end to fit. The velcro…
