I wear them every day but only to the gym. I don't have a pair of shoes with a wide enough toe to wear to work. Once I receive them, I will wear them for a longer period of time. I like them better than yoga toe extenders because they are less bulky. Yogobodies are not suitable for any shoes. As soon as I can wear them longer, I'll let you know.

The spacer between the thumb and forefinger doesn't hold the thumb well. It needs to be deeper to keep the toe in place without shifting. Otherwise it's very good.

I almost bought these due to fit issues between thumb and forefinger and 3rd and 4th toes. When I first tried them on, I noticed that they didn't match mine either. Damn. As I continued to wear them, I noticed that there was still a gap between my finger base and this spacer. I carefully put it on and the fit issue was gone. Anyway, maybe it will help some of you. I would suggest larger spacers might be useful for people with big toes, but they work great for me.

These toe spreaders were delivered quickly. They appear to be well made and are about half the price of some very similar ones. I bought two separate sets, one for myself and one as a gift for someone who also has a belly. Needless to say it helped with my infrequent aches and pains at the end of the day. I walk about 15-20,000 steps a day so I feel great at the end of the day. It is easy to clean and follow the instructions for use. My bursitis looks and feels less miserable. Good product! I highly recommend.
