This didn't work on the HP972 - check them out immediately.

We bought this as a backup and when we got it out after 4 months we found the product was different and didn't work. Of course, the return period has already expired, so we are waiting for an answer if we can return it. So frustrating!

Alternative to expensive manufacturer cartridges

My HP Pagewide printer/scanner/fax is great and I am very happy with it. I wasn't happy when I found out how much the cartridges cost, which I should have checked before buying. The HP product is a wonderful machine and I am very happy with it. When I found Kingjet cartridges, I wondered if not using genuine spare parts was worth the risk. Don't worry as the cartridges work great, cost a lot less and I'm sure they will be my source for refills.

Accepts HP 377dw

Update: 12/10/20. I installed black ink about 6 months ago and had no problems. I recently installed all 3 colors and had print quality issues (streaks and/or lines) almost immediately. I tried various ways to clean the ink heads but ended up discarding the printer (HP 377dw). While I'm not sure if this was the result of this product, I've never had a problem and the problem started almost immediately after adjusting the colors. Attention buyers! The product came quickly at a reasonable priceโ€ฆ

UPDATE: Very good customer service!

I really enjoyed Kingjet's customer service. HP should be ashamed of how it forces customers to buy super-expensive inks through firmware updates. Thanks to Kingjet for helping get it up and running again!

Unfortunately the product didn't work, the customer service was GREAT!

Unfortunately the toner was not compatible with my printer but the customer service was excellent. When I mentioned the toner didn't work, they sent me a new toner without hesitation. When it didn't work, they immediately returned the money.

My HP 477DW doesn't like the yellow cartridge.

I had automatic updates turned off and the printer was offline so it didn't update at all. I have cycled the printer on and off but no luck, I still get the error and don't like the yellow cartridge. I even tried erasing it with an eraser. I hate the idea of paying HP to hold me hostage. Update I upgraded them to 5 stars. The yellow didn't work but they sent me new cartridges 24 hours later. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the latest HP firmware didn't allow them to work. Kingjetโ€ฆ
