No more charge after less than one month use. Very disappointed. At first I thought maybe I forgot and didn't charge it, but right after charging it just keeps dying after a minute. I really wanted to love this mirror, rechargeable, excellent, cordless, excellent. At a certain angle it turns off until you turn it to the other side, which is very annoying when you try to use it. And both sides do not light up at the same time. Also stopped working after a month.

Very chunky and heavy mirror. I had a bit of trouble turning it on and then haphazardly dimmed the light with my thumb while trying to hold the thing steady. I don't have a vanity so I kept it when I used it. Not the best choice for that. I also didn't like that it uses a USB port/cable for charging. I'm doing well in school and I still prefer the plain old plug cord. I sent this back and received one with a socket. 🔌🔌🔌

This is an amazing mirror, just touch the front, you can get a dim or bright light. It has 10x magnification on one side of the mirror and 1x magnification on the other side. Now I perfectly understand how to apply makeup! It is very durable and well made and sits perfectly on my dressing table. You will not regret buying this mirror.

A mirror would be great and it was my fault for not using it before but I bought this to use my RV on a camping trip. Tried it out when it arrived and after charging it was happy with the light and magnification. But when I used it on a camping trip thirty days later, it kept getting darker. I ordered this mirror because it is cordless, rechargeable and has 1X/10X double sided magnification. This is absolutely the best makeup mirror I have ever owned. The light is very bright, which suits me, but you can dim it if you find it too bright. The magnification is great for applying eyeliner and mascara. There are no cords to spoil my vanity. It's white, goes well with my dressing table and doesn't take up much space. All in all, I highly recommend it!

When I first started using it I thought this mirror was really great. It worked great for me. After the first charge, it does not stay on; Whether it's unplugged after charging or plugged directly into my laptop's port. I'll look up contact information to see if the source has any advice.
