This cover was quite difficult to put on my son's old chair but I managed! Looks way better than a chair. It was my father's chair and my mother gave it to my son and although it was at least 30 years old and not in perfect condition my son will not give it away so I decided to cover it. We love it so much! At first I wasn't sure because we have lounge chairs with wooden legs and no side handle. You just lean back when you lean back. But I tried and was able to lower the right hand hole for the tilt handle so it was on the bottom of the chair and I secured it in place.
