Some useful information for those thinking about purchasing. According to the instructions on the packaging, they are only suitable for light loads. Before buying, I saw several reviews about it stating that these bullets do not reduce drying time. I think either they were used in a lot of garments where extra balls of yarn would be needed. If I were to buy again, I would buy a package with at least 3 balls of yarn.

They are about the size of a tennis ball, maybe a little bigger, and made of tough wool.
