I love these slotted terminals with flared corners. They have the benefit of working with both my Craftsman table saw's miter saw guide and standard miter saw guides. Once put on they hold tight. They are excellent for springboards as well as building fixtures.

I use spring plates several times a week. Springboards made from this set are durable and reliable. They are of high quality and do not slip into the corner groove. Be sure to use a dense hardwood for your next spring plank. Softwood does not have the necessary tensile strength and resilience to exert the necessary pressure to hold the wooden blank in place. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a table saw/router table and wants to make their own feather boards for them. Easy
