Cheaper and more flexible! good for assembly

very cheap. The metal buckles flex when I try to force them tight. I almost blew my thumb off because they bent, didn't catch and reopened. We are looking for a new couple.

Pros
  • impressive
Cons
  • high price

Good straps for motorcycles and weight training

Just as good as the original straps that came with my boat trailer. I had no trouble adjusting them to the correct length. I ended up cutting off the extra ribbon and using a lighter to melt the raw edge of the ribbon to keep it from hanging out. Durable and well made.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons

Quality ratchet straps ratchet straps

Looks like the kit they replaced is over 5 years old and just starting to wear out. I use them to haul my Sea Ray 200 bowrider which pushes 4000 pounds when loaded. The trailer is a tandem axle and costs just under 1,000. I've done about 500 miles in them and they're holding up great.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

It is great. Just like others have mentioned

This is great. As others have mentioned, I'm sorry I didn't hear about this sooner. They are ideal for special use on certain devices. You set the length, push the lever and they are set. Pull the lever and they will release. What a new idea :)

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons

and accidents and just buy a better set of rubber pads

Buy these if you want scratches and scuffs on the case. Seriously, the companies that make these types of straps should always give you rubber pads under any hard, scratchy bits I might make, but this requires care to ensure nothing is scratched every time I load the boat . Save time, headaches, and accidents by simply buying the best set of rubber grommets.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Amazing quality straps for tying gear.

A bit pricey but they are absolutely perfect when trying to attach any piece of equipment to your trailer/truck body. I own a landscaping business and we use these straps to keep the mowers from moving on the trailer. I installed the hooks in the trailer floor and left this strap permanently attached to the trailer floor. So when we put the mower on the trailer, we just hook the strap onto the mower, pull tight and off we go. Enormous time savings compared to conventional lashing straps.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Includes Negative

Reliable and easily adjustable.

I bought a couple of these boat mounts a few years ago and they worked great but I sold them with my last boat. Didn't see them on site and needed a pair for my new personal watercraft so I ordered a pair. Unfortunately they were big for PWC but perfect for my 23ft pontoon boat. What I liked the most was the durability, the easy to adjust tensioners (adjust the first time and they're in place), and the sewn-on Velcro straps to hold an extra strap. One end has a durable plastic-coated mounting…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Reliability
