Looks great when installed with my toggle switches. I only have two complaints. First, the switch slots were pretty damn hard to cut. And second, one of my switches is a single pole snap action switch and makes the bottom of the switch almost flush with the faceplate. Another thing I will say is that you need to be careful while installing it. Once you have everything hooked up, it's very tight.

They could have designed them to have a little more room for the standard switches. Another 1/16" would have made the installation a lot easier. As it turned out, I was able to mount the switches, but they were very tight. The two switches actually rub against each other a bit, but still work fine. If you cut yours lines off, you'll need a bit more to put them in and I would suggest making a little more outside cuts to separate the switches a bit. This really makes for a comfortable place for…

A practical solution for installing toggle switches on Jeep TJ. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't realize that this only replaces one of the two center vents. So with 2 of them you can set 4 switches. I only needed two switches, so everything worked great. You have to cut them out. I used a utility knife and scored the existing rectangle on the back. The slits have outlines, but you still have to cut through them somehow, and that can be dangerous. I had to use a very sharp but strong knife to do this. It was sketchy. The opening between the two air vents on the side is not wide enough. Rugged Ridge is a great idea, but your engineers need to learn how to use a tape measure. Judging by the photos of other reviewers, I'm not the only one with this problem. Although I may be the only one who allowed the deal to be broken.
