Bought for my wife to swap out two displays. She was skeptical at first, but now she loves it. Looks great and works well with a Dell laptop. HDMI over USB-C is recommended for connection. If it is not properly connected, it will flash on and off.

The monitor looked good and showed promise with USB-C, but when I set it up I was disappointed that the monitor to the right of the monitor had dead pixels (top to bottom, vertical line). This is an obvious quality control error, never buy a Samsung.

Arrived in terrible condition, there was a streak of dead pixels at the top. All the colors were faded and changing the settings didn't help at all. I recently bought a Samsung monitor and it didn't have any of these issues. I don't know if it was just quality control or something but I had to send it back.

I really like this monitor, it easily replaces the triple monitor setup I used in the office. I can't believe I'm waiting 3 months post Covid to buy this. The monitor also serves as my laptop hub. My Lenovo Elitebook plugs directly into the USB-C port.

The first monitor I had had a shadow on the right and bottom so I replaced it. The second monitor had a shadow on the right but also small horizontal lines that were VERY distracting. I think I should learn my lesson and go with Dell from the start.

Looks great, much better than the tn panel in my old samsung ue590. Better color, better contrast, significantly darker blacks, and very little backlighting.

Updated: The new block I received after returning the first one also has a dead pixel area. It definitely feels like these panels lack the quality controls of the more expensive ones. It's definitely not worth your money until they have better quality control. Alt: Like the other reviewer, I found my first one less than perfect out of the box, and it was very noticeable against a white background. Definitely not what I expected from a Samsung panel.

I bought this and it came with dead pixels. It wasn't a big deal so I sent it back and got a new one. And then the new one had a shadow all over the left side of the screen.

Something is wrong with this monitor. First off, it's shaky, very, very shaky! I suspect it's due to how light it is and how the kickstand works, but the screen shakes with normal typing. not good. The 2 USBs on the back are unusable. And the back cover is so hard to get in and out you might have to because they hide the USB in it. Not very good.

Awesome looking screen, easy to set up and love that you can have two inputs on screen at once. However, the screen had a dead pixel area at the top of the screen as well as a long horizontal bar, so I returned it and bought a different product.

Bought on purpose because this model delivers 65W of power for USB-C when the display is on. USB-C to USB-C with the included cable worked for a while and then stopped working altogether. Tested on MacBook Pro 2019 and MacBook Pro 2018 Catalina. 2 days after the return period has expired, I can no longer use this display.

The USB-C port failed a week after receiving the monitor. I sent it to Samsung for repair twice but they never fixed it. On the phone, the repressive individuals seemed unaware that the monitor could receive video through the USB-C port. The third time I created a ticket with Samsung, they couldn't email me a UPS label. After that, they ignored my emails. Now I have a monitor that is not fully functional. Pros: - The USB-C connection worked as advertised. It was nice that only one cable was needed for picture, sound and USB accessories, which I connected to the monitor. 100Hz refresh rate. - The image kept looking blurry no matter what I did in the settings. - Contrast was poor - Colors were just dull. Please do not buy this if image quality is important to you at all. I regret this purchase so I sent it back.

This is a great monitor! I was a little skeptical as some reviews claimed that text was hard to read due to the sharpness, and that's true to a certain extent, but simply changing the text size in your PC settings will instantly solve this problem. Definitely recommend to everyone!
