I have a $1500 BENQ 32 inch monitor and bought 2 more of these for a trade. I really had to switch to portrait mode, my graphics card only had 1 HDMI and the rest are displayports, the displayports on both don't work, the only reason I'm giving those 2 stars is something as simple as displayports should only work, as this one Port is working fine on my BENQ monitor. I need to buy 2 "DISPLAY PORT to HDMI" cables. if you don't need to use a portrait mode monitor "DO NOT BUY" I'm only leaving them

This is the perfect monitor for the job. 4K is such high resolution that you don't need a second screen. I bought a second one for my girlfriend - we've both loved it for a few months. This screen is grossly underrated.

That was the renovation I knew about. The lightning strike tax is too high for retail, so I took a chance. The stand is missing one of the small rubber feet, making it wobbly. The speakers don't work. Other than that, all the main functions seem to be working properly. I was planning on mounting it anyway, so the lack of lrf didn't matter either. Although I would like the speakers to work.

Bought this to replace my Apple monitor, can't get the colors perfect, but it's a great monitor for the money compared to the expensive Apple equivalent.

Lots of complaints about the quality. I had similar issues using my HDMI connected laptop which can only display up to 30MHz. However, once I built my desktop on a Gigabyte TRX40 Designare motherboard bundled with GC-Titan Ridge for Thunderbold 3 displays and loaded its drivers, the monitor's quality immediately improved to its full 4k potential. My main complaint about the monitor is that it doesn't have a built-in speaker.

This monitor is really great and has everything you need. The screen is huge. I love that I can open multiple things easily and have extra space at the bottom to keep messages open. I like super cool. I would give 5 stars for picture quality but it doesn't seem that balanced in reds. On my MBP the picture seems balanced and there is some red here. I think it can be calibrated. I was having trouble connecting to this monitor and called Revain. They in turn contacted Samsung on my behalf and then connected me. I had to explain the problem from the ground up to 4 different Samsung reps who seemed never to have heard of this particular model (TU87F - 32"). After being hurled from service to service for over an hour they disconnected. no call back, although i have given my phone number to everyone i have spoken to i have no choice but to return it to the sender.

The picture is pretty good for a business monitor, but for the money you can buy two non-Thunderbolt compatible monitors and a Thunderbolt docking station. I was hoping to get rid of the clutter and cables, but I couldn't get the Thunderbolt features to work. Had to return to Samsung after 1 month of use due to ghosting. Also, I can't use them to charge my MacBook Pro (via Thunderbolt) as they keep blinking when the laptop isn't in use.

Of course, USB-C is good, but even in sufficiently bright light, this monitor is impractical to use as the colors are imprecise and the brightness is only 250cd/m2. I increase the brightness but everything looks blurry. There are older VA panels that look better than this one. Wouldn't recommend it.

The USB-C ports are loose, and both the monitor port and the second USB-C port are very loose. I've lost cables a few times. I've already decided if that's a deal breaker, but using tape on this expensive monitor and turning off the high dynamic range is no good either.
