Ideal for growing plants.

My mum has used them for years. I also bought them to use with grow lights for my ever growing plant collection. I use timer led grow lights and they work great. Easy to move and adjust. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Same as all the others
Cons
  • Only available in white

Perfect for my needs

It was perfect for my needs. installed it on my wall with CFL for growing plants. Although the cord could have been longer, I bought a replacement cord for the lamp and hooked it up. Then I covered the cable with a cable cover that is glued to the wall. Looks great!

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Nothing here

I've had it for many years and it does its job

I bought this lamp a few years ago and have loved it ever since. It is made of metal, so some smart light bulbs cannot be used because the light bulb does not receive a signal. However, if your router is close enough, this shouldn't be a problem. It is reliable and works when needed. I use it as an accent light in my apartment.

Pros
  • Trial for a year
Cons
  • A few little things

Spotlight for up or down

First bought 1 to look at then got 3 more Overall great for flexible location and no need to install anywhere. However they had some minor paintwork issues, very small or barely noticeable dents and the boxes were falling apart so I think they were returned but that is perfectly acceptable but I would like to warn people about this. And tensioners feel weak when they're loose. Would buy more if needed

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Very expensive

I immediately liked the concept of this lamp/spotlight and was glad to try it. We used a manufacturer approved 60W bulb. We put it on the carpet behind the plant to light the corner, but the whole body was very hot for 5 minutes or less. We put it on a timer to turn it on and off but decided the risk of fire just wasn't worth the risk. I think you get what you pay for. $20 is too good a deal.

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • cable is shorter than other picks

Ideal uplight fixture

This fixture is perfect for the br30 LED spotlight. Only the smallest thing that is done with lamps on the edge. I currently have 4 of these and will be buying more as I work to eliminate dark areas in my living space. These handy lights are a great addition to my Echo DOT and multiple smart Wi-Fi outlets. I just speak and the bedside table lights up or the shadows on my desk disappear. i love these guys They are simple, strong and well balanced. Another review about the flimsy plastic mount is

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • There are downsides

Suitable for lighting and ceiling fans

I bought this spotlight to illuminate the company logo on the wall in front of a large window at night. That way I can do some advertising when people come over without having to increase my electric bill. I also bought a CFL projector bulb (GE Lighting Energy Smart CFL 20708, 16W, 750 Lumens R30, Medium Cap Spotlight, 1 pack) to prevent the unit from getting hot and being a fire hazard. So far it has worked exactly as planned. It's thin and light, but not flimsy. My only complaint is that…

Bought for accent lighting while on vacation. Recommended

This year I decorated my hallway with some new Halloween decorations. I put vinyl appliques on the front door glass so the decorations are not visible from the street. I was playing around with the table lamp and decided a little accent lighting would help. I bought two of these to use as temporary light fixtures with some of the LIFX+ bulbs I had. Packaging/Build Quality My lights arrived as two inner cardboard boxes in an outer Revain box. The packaging does not look like the clear plastic…
