I like the belt BUT the velcro area doesn't hold the belt well, it keeps slipping. You may need to look at another brand. ***Please note that the above review was incorrect. I have read the sizing information carefully. I have a 27" waist, so I ordered a "small waist" belt. The belt arrived and was about 8 inches smaller. The sizing info should indicate that the measurements are midway to the hip and pelvic bones should be taken.that the belt could not be returned only when I tried to return or exchange it.My disappointment could have been avoided if these two pieces of information had been stated more clearly and prominently.

This is a very comfortable belt that doesn't slip off your hips. It's also very thin, even with the added stabilizer. There are rubber-like lines on the inside of the belt that keep it in place. The instructions say to wear over underwear. I also wore it over skinny jeans. I can wear it all day and not feel uncomfortable. My physical therapist recommended this belt to help with SI issues. She advised me to wear it tightly and always when I'm awake. This low rating isn't because it's a terrible product, it's because the instructions show how to attach a belt with a stabilizing pad. After Revain checked with the manufacturer, the pad is available for an additional $15. So for those of you who didn't buy the expensive belts, many of them come with stabilization molds, that's not the case. The Revain app doesn't tell you about this, unlike the manufacturer's website.
