Sceptre E248W FPT Business Speakers: HD 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Blue Light Filter, HDMI Review

I have two monitors as you can see in the picture. They're different. I couldn't buy a second monitor to match the one I had as it was out of stock but this one was on sale and seemed like a good deal. Same specs, I'm generally happy with the purchase but it doesn't fit my setup perfectly. Especially in the frameless look. Stand alone is perfect. Just not ideal for a 24 inch monitor.

There are 4 such monitors that have been working for several months. They all arrived safely. No dead pixels. The color is vibrant and the high resolution looks fantastic. The thin bevel on the sides and top makes it easy to place two of them side by side with a minimal gap in the picture. This is your standard HDMI monitor as it appears to be advertised. He arrived on time. After two weeks of use, I could not find any personal problems. No detectable dead pixels. The rating is my own experience. Your mileage may vary (YMMV). It features VESA mounting points (100x100mm) and its own base. Multiple options and volume control in monitor settings. Cons: Normal base doesn't tilt. Slight ghosting may occur (5ms response time, see FAQ). It could be worse. :X

This is a good monitor. I use it for my PS4 and the picture quality isn't top notch but I would say it's better than other monitors in the same price range. I have Zepter TVs and decided to buy a monitor. It has all the inputs I need for my new and old devices. So far, so good. It would be nice if the stand was a little higher and I could manipulate the stand (it kind of leans forward). However, I will find a workaround for this.

After installing and using it for a few days this seems to be a decent monitor so far. Except one. I recommend not paying extra just because it has built-in speakers. Those of the late baby boom generation or earlier may remember the magic of transistor radios. This monitor's speakers sound like a transistor radio. The speakers are of absolutely the lowest quality. EDIT: Also, it has a 60Hz hum when there is a lot of white on the screen.

I am disappointed with this monitor because of the poor description in the description. I thought this monitor had built in speakers but it doesn't. The description says BUILD in speakers. I think this description is misleading. I also recently bought a 27" 4k monitor and it has built in speakers. I connect my home PC to HDMI 1 and my work PC to HDMI 2. I would like to switch between these two inputs if needed and I can do this via menu options. However, when the video coming from both sources is active, even if I select the desired input from the menu, the monitor still cannot determine which input to display. I don't play, so I can't comment on gaming. Easily attaches to Amazon's monitor arm. Couldn't be happier, will update this in a month or two if anything changes.

With 2 computers, one with dual HDMI, one with dual DP, these monitors are great for SOHO use. I can switch between machines just by selecting inputs. Could not be better. They're clear and bright enough for a business device and pair well with a home computer for everyday tasks. Not good enough for serious gaming but for the price + dual monitor stand life is way better than a 27 inch.

I bought it to replace a $300 Samsung that broke within a year. I like this monitor better. I turned off the speakers because I have speakers, so I'm not covering that part. It's better than the Samsung in every way. I've put aside checking this to see how it holds up. Still very good after 5 months. I never turn off my monitors and this may or may not contribute to an early death. I left my Acer on for 6 years and it has never been fried and still works. He just sucks for games.

These screens have an excellent picture and are compatible (I have two side by side, they have the same picture quality and color). I'm not a gamer so can't speak for gaming performance but as far as performance and video go I really like it. I suspect you'll have a hard time matching the quality for the price.

It has this really annoying automatic source switching feature and there's no option to turn it off. Don't think for me - I'll choose the right entrance.

I played Monster Hunter Rise on this computer and the picture quality was amazing! I also did a test shot on OBS and I usually had black bars when streaming or recording on my old 1680x1050 monitor and this monitor completely fixed that issue.
