Yes, it fits Camry 2018 and older

Yes, it fits Camry 2018 and older. But doesn't cover the hole completely, is not a deal breaker, just put some Dynamat or Noico on the side and you will close it.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Hard to tell

2012 Toyota Tacoma Speaker Adapter

wanted to let you know that they will fit and fit the 2012 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab. I used them to install 6.5 speakers in my doors. I had to slightly modify my speakers (Mtx 6.5) to fit the adapter's "well". The photos I've attached are of old speakers, you can tell the shape matches the adapters. Great price, fast delivery! I recommend them.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Some Little Things

Not as strong as OEM

I was a little disappointed that it's not as big and durable as the OEM one I replaced in my 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS with JBL audio system. Luckily I didn't expect to get much more sound out of the front doors because I use the rear speakers more. The speaker mounts in the rear doors fit better and have a "speed ring" to emphasize the center base more. Turned on and works. 2 speakers are gone and 10 more left.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great fit, quick assembly.

This worked great on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser with 6+1 speakers. Fits perfectly. Fast clean installation. I installed a new Pioneer MVH-200EX video/AV system (and rear camera) and after that the sound wasn't quite right. Then I looked at the standard speakers. The door speakers were made of paper with a tiny magnet that weighed a few ounces. After replacing all 6 original speakers with front and rear Polk DB652 6.5" coaxial speakers, the sound is amazing!

Working but not perfect

I used these to install a pair of 6" Infinity speakers in the front doors of a 2011 Toyota Tundra as the inserts that came with the speakers didn't fit into the 6x9 holes matched. The rear doors had 6-inch openings, so only minor speaker insert adjustments were required to install them. These adapters did the job and if I had to point out any issues it would be that I had to make my own screw hole on one side. Also please note that these are inserts ONLY and no screws are included. Generally 6"

Pros
  • Installing speakers
Cons
  • Nothing here

Suitable for basic car AV installation work

This is a simple one-piece adapter for installing a 6.5 or 6.75 speaker into a factory 6x9 hole. Alignment of all holes was good. I like that the speaker mounting ring doesn't protrude too far (about 3/4 inch) so a gap in the door skin isn't a problem. I installed a 6.5" JBL GTO608C 2-way component woofer and the holes lined up well. The plastic flexes a bit, a little more than the factory mount due to the lack of stiffeners. This can cause hum/rattle problems. I placed Dynamat 10455 Xtreme…

Pros
  • Car Electronics Accessory
Cons
  • Slightly Torn
