Perfect fit for 4th generation 4runners!

This was needed to connect two antennas in my 2008 4Runner and it works like a charm. Perfect fit and when connecting to a splitter, I finally have great reception again in my second receiver! This adapter is highly recommended!

Pros
  • Still happy
Cons
  • Something else

Not suitable for car audio/video installation

I have a 2000 Buick Century and this adapter should work, but it doesn't fit the antenna cable (small connector). I had to order another plug with a small adapter and it fits. I'm wondering why it didn't work or if it was made for something else (or packaged incorrectly). Don't waste time returning it.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • unreliable

1997 Camaro to Pyle Car Stereo Antenna Adapter

I'm not sure if this would work to convert the antenna plug on my 1997 Camaro to the antenna port on a Pyle pLTS780DUB stereo even after doing some research It wasn't clear if it would work, but this time I got lucky. It worked! Again, I'm forced to buy something else to get what should work without an adapter to work.

GM MBA to B Adapter

I had to purchase this adapter which is a smaller to larger connector for my 90's Chevy K2500 to connect a new antenna extension. To the right. The extension cord was supposed to be an exact replacement but it came with the new small pin end and didn't fit the larger old plug on my radio. I'm very glad I found this and it was easy to install but it fit well so I don't have to worry about it coming loose over time.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

2000 Toyota 4Runner: Good Fit

2000 Toyota 4Runner: Good Fit. I separated the front antenna and power relay and used this adapter to convert the smaller rear antenna connector. The small antenna plug fits this adapter perfectly, but the large end of the adapter doesn't fit the standard stereo very well, so I tied it to the back of the stereo. Although the front antenna cable is disconnected, I had to ground its connector to eliminate feedback noise (perhaps due to the signal from the antenna booster?). Regardless, I can now…

fast shipping from this seller

Received it within 2 days of ordering but it wasn't quite what I bought it for. Unfortunately the picture doesn't show the back of the adapter to see if the small tip of the GM micro antenna fits all the way in. The body of the tip should make contact with the body of this adapter, completing the grounding to the body of the radio. This could be achieved if a small jumper was soldered from the micro GM tip to the outer metal shell of this adapter when using the micro GM tip which is male. I'm…
