I made sure it works well for beds and furniture

Does not come on a roll. Just a long loose thread and slightly thicker than the normal robes used on scratching posts. I got it working but still not what I expected.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Long delivery time

66 feet isn't enough to cover your trash.

Rip off. $9.99 for 1 foot. I can buy a big cat scratching post for $20-$30! Why would I buy 3 of these for $10 each and then build the damn thing. I thought I would have a lot more of it.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great product - scratching posts

Thick and strong. It worked great to refurbish an old scratching post for my cat. All I had to do was wrap the rope back around the cat perch using a hot glue gun and it's like new. It was really cheap and came with a free sisal wrapped cat ball!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not bad

Not strong on crampons

I received the item not as shown. I received a used piece of rope that was not strong or durable. Not a very good value. I have previously ordered sisal rope from another supplier and received the correct product. I do not recommend this seller.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Exactly what I was looking for

Exactly what I was looking for. I have an expensive gray sisal scratching post that was hard to find but it worked great! It comes in a loose bundle which was easier to work with by wrapping it around the poles. I will definitely buy this again!

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Can't remember

Reliable but very clumsy

Now that we've bought it and boxed up one section I won't be using the rest because they are so sharp on my cat fingers. The product itself is ok, enough. But for the cover of the cat scratching post I will switch to a sisal fabric because it is more comfortable and they are more likely to use it.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Neat rope but different than expected

The photos show that the rope is nice and smooth. Ideal as a replacement for cat ropes. However, pieces stick out. I've edited my posts about the cat tower, it doesn't look the best up close, but it's nice from afar. You can see exactly where the new rope ends and the old rope begins.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Requires socket

Repaired an old scratching post like new!

After my two cats used up all the sisal in the previous post, I bought a new one. Obviously the cats tore the rope here too - that's what scratching posts are for. Instead of buying a new post ($35), I bought sisal (larger than the flimsy rope on posts I previously bought) and decided to just replace the sisal. It was extremely easy. We cut off the old torn sisal. Attach the end of the new, larger sisal. Wrap it tightly around the base of the post. Fasten the end. Then sprinkle with catnip…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Interchangeable
