The texture of these hair ties is fuzzy and for some reason I expected it to be a towel-like material. It does the job though. I put them on my hands when I wash my face and they collect water well. There are a lot of them too, so it's a steal!

Not bought for hair. I bought them to wear around my wrists so the water wouldn't spill over my hands when I washed my face and rinsed my face. I put them on the back of the doorknob to dry. They work great.

When you open it, particles (e.g. dust particles from pole material) fly around - simply terrible! I couldn't even use them, I had to send them back! Just like the pictures. Although not a microfiber material, the material is more like a soft blanket. Love that they are soft and thick, highly recommend.
