The outer packaging is fine. But the inner packaging was oddly torn and torn. But worst of all, my NVMe M.2 SSD just doesn't show up in the BIOS. No matter what settings I changed, updated the bios or reinstalled M.2. When I use an external mount it boots. But nothing with a direct connection. I suspect the M.2 slot is bad. I would return this motherboard if I wasn't too lazy to separate it and use it for light workloads, which is enough for a SATA SSD with sufficient speed.

Faster memory could be supported. And m.2 installation could be easier with better English instructions or English YouTube videos.

I gave 3 stars because the inside of the box was damaged and torn. The motherboard was in the wrong place when I opened it up. I thought the motherboard was damaged too, but I checked everything. Thank goodness it's not damaged. Please check the items before shipping!

To be honest it was a great purchase, great motherboard, perfect packaging, wifi and bluetooth work fine. I guess I should have thought if that's the case, and if you want 2 PCI-E slots I think just get a Micro-ATX 10/10 board

I bought this board because it's my first whiteboard and to be honest it's a really great board. It has everything I need to build my computer and everything works great on the first try. Would definitely recommend this to others looking to use a cheap yet quality board.

For those who want an NVME SSD on this motherboard, don't forget to flip the two switches on the board to the right. Otherwise, the motherboard will only reconsider the m2 SATA SSD. Hope this is helpful to someone! Other than that, it's a pretty good motherboard, but it could have had better English language support.
