Not worth the hype for my opinion

When I tried this product, I was sorely disappointed. It didn't flatten my waterstones as promised, and actually made them worse. The only pro I can think of is that it's affordable. The con, however, is that it's ineffective and a waste of money.

  • High-quality and durable waterstones capable of sharpening even the dullest blades.
Cons
  • Requires frequent maintenance and cleaning to prevent the stone from becoming clogged with metal shavings, which can negatively affect its performance.

PRICE VERY AFFORDABLE, EASY TO USE STONES

I am very happy with the Sharp Pebble sharpening stones. I was looking for a whetstone to sharpen my expensive Japanese knives that I recently bought. I have a Ken Onion Work Sharp that I've been using for a long time to sharpen my old knives. I wanted to try sharpening my new knives in more detail. It took a little longer to sharpen the knives at first, but it got easier with practice. The price is reasonable and the product meets my expectations. I would recommend this product to my friends.

Sharp Pebble replaces the broken one and the new one works great.

I recently bought a Sharp Pebble leveling stone after being very impressed with the other products. I used FS on a small water stone and was very happy with the results, it cleared up very quickly. However, I was surprised to see that the FS was clearly worn. I planned to use it on many of my old stones but found that if worn the same way as the first stone it would disappear in no time.
