I really like the design of this little fan but the materials make it look so cheap. I knew the "soft blades" would be in the foam, but I didn't expect them to be the same as in real craft foam! You put it right in front of your face. Thing is, I'm not really mad at this little fan, I still love the design and it does its job, I just think it's too expensive for what it is.

Well, I'll admit I'm a little upset that the price dropped $20 the day mine came in the mail. For $44 I was expecting a real wood base. It looks nice but immediately lost its perceived value to me. Needless to say, the design is very nice. The power button works pretty much as one would think, but it doesn't give good feedback. It's like a heated seat where you have to tap a few times to set the right level, only there's no indication other than the noise you're on.
