At first the ink seemed to work but now a month has passed the colors are not printing. I printed an average amount, nothing extra to deplete the color ink. My color printer does not recognize this as low ink. It prints but the colors are muted and it looks almost black and white when I print in color. Now I have to go back and buy HP inks. Wishful thinking that I could save money on cartridges.

I've had this ink for about 6 months now. I thought my printer was dead, but I'm pretty sure it's in a bad mood about those ink cartridges.1. I need to clean the printheads when I haven't printed for a day or so. This has never been an issue with OEM cartridges, even after refilling at Costco. My HP printer no longer recognizes genuine HP cartridges intended for use in this region. Supposedly HP support will fix the regionalization issue, but after many hours trying to get HP to fix the issue with new HP cartridges, I decided to give Smart Ink a try. I couldn't be happier. The new ink cartridges work just fine and the print quality is excellent. I would highly recommend these ink cartridges and am very grateful to have been weaned from the much more expensive HP inks.

The only reason this product doesn't get 5 stars across the board is because the first set I ordered was not recognized by my printer but I have the support contacted via live chat. They walked me through the steps and finally realized that there was something wrong with one of the ink cartridges and said they would send a replacement in 3 days the next day. Boom new ink cartridges in the printer and it works great. Go Smart Ink, great!
