Be prepared, the supplied clamps will not fit speaker grille in any way. I was in "just do it" mode so it worked for me. Nobody really sees these speakers, but since they were in the trunk it was important that they were protected. I just used the screws provided and went right over the edge of the grate rather than the rubber edge, the rubber wouldn't hold the grate properly as it's quite soft and doesn't overlap the grate much. Not a pretty setup but gets the job done.

I was very pleased with the 12 inch subwoofer grille. I have a 12" front subwoofer that needs a grill to protect it. The grille is of good quality, has a satin finish on both sides and has a soft rubber O-ring (seal) at the contact point. Surface that prevents rattling noises. Unit arrived intact in a Revain plastic bag. The grille itself makes a solid impression. However, the ring around the grille is not strong. It is made of flexible plastic. The notches on the grille clips (see image) that wrap around the grille frame are too narrow. They do not penetrate completely even with strong pressure. I actually made a small dent in the grille frame so I had to scrap the idea. I also figured that I just needed the grate to stay in place, so I cut off the clamp's teeth…
