Description of πŸ”₯ Stant 10259 Radiator Cap - 20 PSI: Superior Performance and Unmatched Safety

A faulty radiator cap can cause your car to boil-over at a lower temperature. The SWIV-EL design allows the cap to be installed and removed much easier than conventional radiator caps. Meets Original Equipment specifications. Made from premium materials. Designed to function on open cooling systems and overflow reservoir type systems. Fit type: Vehicle Specific.

Fits Saab 9-3 - Caps

A bit embarrassing there is no cap in the photo. Definitely fits, but not sure if it's the right rating for the system. 120 kPa is not 20 psi. This is a 2001 Saab 9-3 replacement. The car was stuck in traffic and coolant was boiling out of the expansion tank after the temp was slightly above normal operating temp with the previous owner's aftermarket cap. Pressure drop shouldn't be a problem. I will update if there is a problem. Please correct the product photo and provide the exact pressure…

Pros
  • Designed for open cooling systems and systems with overflow tanks
Cons
  • So-so

OE Quality: Replacement parts

Bought Saab in 2000 for a few hundred dollars. The car was leaking coolant, the owner thought it was the head gasket. $13.00 later, problem solved

Pros
  • Standard
Cons
  • Not bad
