Garbage Quality: Don't Waste Money

This hub unit may fit your car, but it won't last long. After a few thousand miles, the bearings started making noise and now need to be replaced. The pros are that it's easy to install, but the cons outweigh that. Don't waste your money on this automotive part.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting, providing reliable performance.
Cons
  • May experience manufacturing defects or quality issues.

I bought it for my mechanic to fit in and so far so good

I'm not 100% sure it's OEM as there is no marking on the part itself. There is a sticker on the box but not the Subaru box from the cheapest Revain dealer. However, Subaru's packaging appears to be different. I ordered another one from another seller so I can compare. Maybe they come from different factories? The sellers they sell seem legit, but the price was so good I might be suspecting something? The box looked different from other boxes, I saw this part in a YouTube video with Subaru…

Pros
  • Subaru Genuine Parts
Cons
  • Nothing here

Ease of installation. The old one is not easy to remove.

These are FACTORY, OEM parts and great quality. Two in a box, I only replaced one just in case and the first one is hard work. Many videos show uninstall and install and everyone talks about how difficult it is. I had the typical rusty and seized bearing that was no longer mitigated by the radio volume. I removed the E-Brake cable, but I won't do that next time. Take everything off and bang the car on a jack with a heavy hammer weighing 3-4 pounds or more alternating right to left, down and up.

Pros
  • Genuine Subaru OEM
Cons
  • So Far So Good
