Nice moss. I didn't know what "leaf moss" was before purchasing so didn't really need it, but I agree with other buyers that it's not leaf moss. I'm not even sure I'll be using it for live plants like terrariums based on mold reports. I mainly use it to retain moisture and prevent soil erosion for plants and ornamental purposes. This would look amazing in any craft project based on the color I received.

I love this moss leaf for the inside of orchid pots and for layering over tree bark. It's so easy to work already on the sheet. My favorite. I grow my orchids in clay pots so the extra moss lining will hold in moisture longer in the warm California weather. I thought I had ordered moss leaves from the same company but I realized I had ordered shredded moss which wasn't what I wanted but it's my fault. However, I used about 2 pounds of discarded pieces to decorate my den, while another 1 pound consisted of tiny strands of moss and mossy dirt/debris. I think it can be used for shading. The box arrived on time and most of the moss smells great and can be reclaimed as only 10-15% of the moss is brown/dried up (out of the 2 pounds I could use). I just…
