We did research and research before purchasing an adapter for our trip to Europe and the UK. This charger served us well on our 3 week trip to Germany, France, England and Wales. We bought 2. We haven't used it more than once so not sure about the durability of the product.

Complete rubbish heap. Doesn't come with drivers and if you try to find them each link will take you to some sort of malware installer. I would rate this as zero if I could. Do yourself a favor and avoid that pile of donkey poo at all costs and save money to buy yourself a nice beer to take away that headache you just had!

This device cannot connect to my Bose headset and while it does connect to some of my other devices the sound quality is incredibly poor. 100% don't recommend using it as an audio adapter if that's what you were hoping for.

Useful and versatile for traveling to different countries. Can power 3 devices at the same time. I also have an unpowered Targus adapter that I have relied on for years. The only problem so far after 2 weeks of continuous use is that sometimes the USB connection doesn't make proper contact. A simple question to verify that the device is actually charging. Time will tell if the wear problem gets worse.
