I'm a big boy on a weight loss journey. Very good so far. I only know this because of this scale. If you get one, just throw away the batteries that came with it. they are garbage.

This scale has only been used twice. The second timeline showed "ERR". I replaced the batteries; the same results. Based on other comments, Revain should discontinue this article as it is defective. I'm back and will order more.

I ordered another scale that was defective, received a refund from Revain and immediately ordered this Taylor scale. Arrived in a day, works great. The published capacity is 250kg (500#), I started with 420# which was my doctor's weight. Durable dial, backlit display is easy to read, it keeps readings for a few seconds after pedaling.

The only thing I like about the scale is that it is wide. The scale sent to me is defective. I have a scale that works, but I just wanted a wider one. If the scale I received works properly I would be happy with it because it is comfortable to stand on. The scale was 49 pounds lighter than my wife's current weight, and mine was 108 pounds lighter! We will come back very soon.

This scale was a huge waste of time and money. His weight was between 125.6 and 435.8! Then he refused to turn on! I called the company and luckily they were CLOSED for maintenance. This is horrible Chinese shit, I'm so annoyed and disappointed. Taylor used to be a good company with quality products, but those days are gone. Please don't waste your hard earned money on a scale that didn't even take 20 minutes.

Update (06/03/2017): It seems that when I move the scale, the unevenness of the measurements increases. If I'm careful not to move the scale even a little across the floor, it's much more reliable -- or at least self-consistently getting the same reading to the decimal point when I pull back and back up, even multiple times. I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars, but keep in mind that moving the scale may cause the issues listed below. I'm glad I have it (I've been using it daily for a few weeks…
