This is a great floor care product. It doesn't scratch so I'd recommend making a decent mop before using it. Works great on our tiles. I was nervous about using it on our hardwoods as we had just renovated the floors, but it's a light coat of water so it dries relatively quickly. The robot knows where the mop is and where the vacuum cleaner is. It works by slowly pouring water onto the pad, so be sure to fill it up right before use and empty it once you're done. Works well but I won't be using it on wood floors again. The reservoir holds and dispenses an adequate amount of liquid, is attached and has been recognized by my vacuum as mopping mode. The pad removes dust well, but not dried stains. Vacuum suction still works in mopping mode, so a small dirt-collecting section is good. But.
