I read on an online forum that this product is being used as a concentrated alternative to sludge eating bacteria for aquariums. Yes, fish, not just turtles. Didn't harm my fish. Didn't cause oxygen problems. It worked in a day or two, which is very fast. Has cleaned up my cloudy water, reduced most of the fish waste and only needs to be added once a month. Unfortunately, it hasn't eaten up all of my filter and gravel buildup yet. But at least the water column looks crystal clear!

Anyone who owns turtles knows how messy they can be. I clean my turtle's tank and filter about every 3 weeks or when the tank gets dirty. This solution will help eat away some of the dirt and will definitely clear up cloudy water. Love My Turtle Tank! Snappers are very messy eaters and the water not only becomes cloudy but also fills with small bits of food. Add to that their waste and the tank will be dirty within a few days no matter how much I scoop and filter.
