Timberland Leather Wallet Attached Pocket Review

I love the overall design. Simple design, easy to reach everything. Light. Very thin. But it bent all my cards. My only concern is the credit card but since purchasing the wallet I have had to send 2 replacement cards. Of course I'll buy a new wallet. I've had my old wallet for over 15 years and have never had a problem with cards bending. Most places use a chip these days, but if you do need to enter a CC at some point, you could be in trouble. Timberland wallet purchased about 10 years ago. It eventually wore out to the point where it could no longer hold credit cards. Impressed to see that Timberland still has the exact same design. When the new one arrived I was impressed that it had the same functionality as before. The leather seems to be of higher quality than you would expect at this price point. When I looked closer I saw that it wasn't even real leather. I have to say I didn't look at my wallet until my husband opened it for Father's Day. So it's definitely not a real Timberland wallet, but a cheap plastic wallet, nothing more.

I like this wallet. It's designed to have plenty of storage space for organizational purposes, but when fully loaded you're not sitting on a rock, you hardly notice it. As for durability, I knew right away it was made to last, plus Timberland = endurance/strength. I named it the TARDIS because if anyone has ever seen Doctor Who, it's bigger on the inside!

So four years ago I bought a brown version of this wallet at an out of state mall and it was my favorite wallet ever. However, I lost it and thought I forgot it at the casino, so I ordered a new wallet, but this time I wanted to try black. I'm not a fan of it. Superb workmanship. It lies flat and fits very comfortably in a man's back pocket. It has matching slots for different cards. The clear pocket is a handy feature to show off important cards like your driver's license. The versatility of the flip top lid is another great design feature. My only complaint is that I wish it had two bill pockets instead of one. Otherwise you can't go wrong with this purchase.
