Having a not very good back and struggling to clean the shower wasn't fun. Then I bought it! WOW! It's amazing and works like a champ. I spray on the cleaner and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then I go and kill it! The angle nozzle goes in there and really rips the nasty stuff off! I had a problem charging this product before. I bought another one which made three and waited with some trepidation to open the package. I read the instructions and connected the Turbo Scrub for the first time. Nothing after two hours. No response to on/off. I left the Turbo Scrub charged overnight. Nothing. It's a shame because the ones I had before seemed to do the job well while they worked. It's something with batteries. If you order one, be prepared to return it. I think some of them work
