I work as a mobile notary and print LOTS of documents for my job and have never had a single problem with this cartridge. I first bought this cartridge in June 2017 and now I ran out of ink at the end of November 2017 after over 7500 prints. If you do the math, that's 0.0057 per image for a $43 purchase (currently). I've worked at Ricoh for 8 years and can honestly say this is a great price per page. However, keep in mind that I print a lot of legal-size documents at my company, so a person who

Too good to be true - Toner cartridges

This cartridge has worked brilliantly for several months with good crisp printing. Suddenly it started crackling and I noticed that there was a small hole in the drum which made the page blotchy and rendered the pages unusable for anything outside of my office. I contacted the seller and they offered me a replacement and asked to confirm my current address. I agreed to a replacement and confirmed my address and nothing more was heard from them. I have sent several emails asking when a…

Good quality toner best among printer ink and toner

Updated: V4INK contacted me after I wrote my first review and returned my order. They asked if they would be willing to get another toner cartridge to test. The second package arrived quickly. Apparently the first package they sent me contained the wrong replacement cartridge which wasn't meant for my printer as the second cartridge wasn't as bulky as the first and fitted the printer perfectly. Immediately upon returning the first cartridge I ordered from them, I felt I had no choice but to…

Okay if you don't need perfect prints

Used for a week. When I print forms with shaded areas, the shading is dark/light, dark/light. I've also noticed that some of the forms I print have toner streaks on some lines. If you look at the 2018 reviews, you will see that others are complaining about the quality. I think that's because they now get their product from China in a generic box. I'm not sure if any of these non-OEM toner cartridges are suitable for mission-critical printing, but I can't afford to pay HP's prices. Not sure what
