Works well so far, suitable for garage storage

Works well. My bike has a slightly larger tire, so hanging it directly on the hook doesn't work. I had to put it on a retractable hook to keep the hoops from sitting in the baseplate. The bike's steering and frame lean against the wall and take up more space than I wanted.

Problem Solved for Bike Rack & Rack

I have tried different types of bike storage systems. None worked very well. I finally found something that fits all types of bikes we have (road, hybrid and BMX). And if the bike gets bigger for my youngest child, I can easily change the rack height. The instructions were easy to follow. too much of.

Not for large mountain bike tires

Durable product. Drywall anchors are cheap. It's a bit difficult to set the exact height. If you are too low, the bike will be flexible. If you're too tall you'll have to jack the bike up to fit in the rack, which isn't ideal. It's probably better for bikes with smaller tires, I could barely fit my mountain bike tire in the mount.

This product comes with "Upgrade Hardware” which includes drywall anchors and drywall anchor installation instructions. The fine print is that if you're mounting to drywall, you'll need to attach it to a stud to support the weight of the bike. Why the heck did they bother giving you drywall anchors when you need to attach to the studs anyway? Tip - Read the fine print and ignore the anchors you're so proud of by updating them. In itself, this is a worthy product - a simple and affordable…
