The monitor looked great for 40 minutes. A huge dark spot appeared, measuring 20 x 6 inches. Revane said to call Viewsonic. The Viewsonic help number has been disabled. Revain will not provide a replacement, only a refund, and in the most inconvenient way. Terrible attitude towards buyers from both the seller and the manufacturer. Thanks guys for ruining a big present this year, shit!

It was great upon arrival. A month later, there are 3 bright dead pixels in the center. Once you see it, you can't lose sight of the situation. Bad sound. buy speakers. The red is a bit saturated so turn it down in your monitor settings to get a better picture.

I use this monitor as my main monitor for my work at home and gaming PC. From a performance standpoint it's fantastic. Clear picture, good display adjustment options, big enough to sit down etc. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the lack of height adjustment. I'm currently looking for a second one so I can set up two monitors for work. Great buy, great price.

I was so shocked by all the reviews that it's only 144 over DisplayPort. This is not the case and I have confirmed this with ViewSonic support. If you have an Nvidia GPU, you need to change the refresh rate in the NVIDIA Control Panel. WINDOWS SCREEN SETTINGS ONLY SHOW 60 but I promise you can change this in NCP. Saved me from a refund. Overall I think this is a good monitor for the money, I would rate it 5 stars but the two monitors I have now ordered have a dead pixel in the top right corner (after only a few days of use), it's not very noticeable. but it confuses me, both dead pixels are in almost the same place on each monitor.

This product claims 144Hz, and while it's technically true, the panel's horrible ghosting will make it feel worse than playing on a decent 60Hz monitor. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a better product.

If you can get it working, this monitor is great. However, if you ever have to move your computer by unplugging and throwing away your monitor, good luck making sure it ever picks up a signal again. No matter what ports, what HDMI and DisplayPort cables, no matter what you turn off and how often you turn off, you won't see a signal on your monitor and you'll be out of luck. This monitor is great for my needs. I'm editing astrophotos and need a large high-resolution image - works great with my flight sims too. The large curved screen will appeal to gamers. Only problem is I want another one now! With two of them on your desk - well, I might have to find out.

A broken pixel appeared after 5-6 months. I didn't use it that often. I have time to use it a few days a week. Needs replacement.

This monitor is great for gaming. Lightning-fast response time and smooth gaming footage. 144Hz is what you need. Never go back to anything slower. Improved frame drop that I encountered before. I thought it was my GPU. And the best thing is the price of this monitor. Worth a lot more than I paid for it.

White text leaves an ugly green trail. Gray text leaves a brown trail. I was expecting a halo as this is a VA panel but this is just ridiculous. This is possible with Ultra-Fast Response Time enabled. I played around with the settings and nothing fixed it.

This monitor is very bright and very easy to set up with buttons on the back of the monitor rather than most which have it on the bottom and is confusing.

The colors lack shine. I've tried increasing them with the controls with little improvement. Not at all what I would call gaming quality. Not very happy with that.
