I use this Linkstyle DC 12v 24v car voltmeter to monitor the charge on my trolling motor. I built it right into the battery compartment so I always have it in front of me. Since it's waterproof, I got this one. I ruined a couple of multimeters using them on the boat so even if this one gets damaged I'll lose nothing but a few bucks. It serves its purpose and matches the voltage of my multimeter.

Bought for a ham radio project to check battery and line voltage. Shows "13.8" when I start the PSU, exactly what it says on the voltage output. Displays "12.4" when connected to fully charged batteries. Both voltages are checked by the DVOM. Supplied with 2 flat quick disconnect crimp connectors for small wires.
