Overall I like it. However, as others have said, the problem lies with the rubberized ball heads. The flex they have means you can never hang your phone in mid-air. It simply lowers until the support arm rests against your dash. You'll most likely need your phone here, but if the ball heads were hard, textured plastic or metal, that wouldn't be a problem. Cheap ball cap arrived with cracks. The material quality of the balls is very bad. There was probably an update of the material some time ago. But it was ordered this week and the ball was split in two. Also, the fairing on the extension doesn't match the rest of the mount. Shiny texture versus matte finish.
