3 mil Security Window Film - VViViD, 30 Inch Wide x 10ft Roll Review

I followed the directions but had trouble keeping the vinyl on the windows. I'll try again before I give up this product so I'll let you know how my next try goes.

Doesn't fully stick to window - no glue included. I suppose it should stick to the window by itself, but as other reviewers have pointed out, this product comes with no instructions or documentation - it arrived in nondescript plastic packaging. Most of the film stuck to the window but the top didn't stick at all so I had to cover it with tape - it's lame. There were a lot of bubbles and it looks incredibly ugly. It was difficult to get everything clean enough to apply the film without a few small bits of sand causing bubbles in the new film. But if you don't look closely, it's difficult to notice them. This stuff doesn't look like it's there. Now this has been used on the shower window, which is for light in rather than looking out (it's a small, tall window that nobody can see in. Purchased to protect my active toddler from possible broken glass windows on our media console. While I won't test it by tapping the glass, I can say it gives me a bit of sanity knowing that if the glass breaks, that thick film will hold it together (at least a little). Applying it was a bit tricky though - measuring took a while, trying to separate the film from its backing required nails and patience, and applying to glass was horrible.
