waste of money. Igniter not suitable for rdx

This product is a waste of money. This is a dodgy seller. This igniter is said to be suitable for the first generation rdx, but it is not. It is too short to be connected to the ballast.

06 Acura TL fits hope it lasts

Fits perfectly on the 06 Acura TL and lights the new D2S bulb well. Hoping the ballast will last until replaced is a masochistic process that requires you to remove the bumper and headlight assembly just to replace it.

The ignition cable did not quite meet my expectations.

I thought the price per piece was good, but unfortunately the lighter didn't fit because of the short length. On the other hand, the ballast fits perfectly and works as promised. I had to buy a brand new and expensive headlight assembly from the dealer just to get the igniter I was hoping for when I bought this HID kit. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS from Lights & Lighting Accessories

If you want a working ballast, don't buy this one. I bought 2 ballasts and none of them lasted 3-4 months. This brand is not good, I tried them again because I thought the first one was just defective, but now I see that it is a product and they are all good for a few months and then go bad. Purchase at your own risk. It was a real waste of my money.

Perfect fit 2008 Acura TL

Arrived in good condition as did the custom made plastic zipper. Same as OEM in 2008 Acura TL. Pain when removing the bumper. It has been working perfectly for 2 weeks. Update will come later if something happens. Note. As mentioned before, don't forget to remove the outer gasket from the old ballast and install it on the new one before connecting the igniter. The seal for the igniter connector is included, but not the outer seal around the ballast's neck.

Igniter not suitable for 2011 Acura RDX

Igniter not suitable for my 2011 Acura RDX. The ignition wire is not long enough to connect to the ballast. The ballast fitted and was just plug and play. Let's see how long the ballast lasts. Luckily my only problem was the ballast as I had to remove the front bumper to get to the headlight assembly. Revain said the igniter and ballast would work for my car but they don't. Only suitable for ballast. Ignition cable - no.

Best $400 you can get for $40.

This is my first review of this unit which I bought to refurbish my '03 Acura CL Type S. A fairly rare car for which I was lucky the manufacturer made a special ballast. and there is no other car, ie my options are somewhat limited. 400€ or so. The good news is that every car until now is still pumping 12 volts out of the battery. If you have something to do, you can keep going.
