Ideal for walking and jogging. I use it several times a week. I run up the stairs and walk about 3.5 miles. It goes well with my Samsung Note 8 Plus, keys and 2 credit cards. I wouldn't use a bottle much larger than a standard water bottle. The elastic that holds it works well, but the stitching that connects the strap to the belt isn't very strong and one stitch has already come undone. If you know how to use a needle and thread, this is an easy fix. In general very satisfied with the product.
