Given how expensive the batteries are, I can't recommend this product. It requires three C batteries and the battery life is less than a couple of hours. For information: I use new Duracell batteries and this is already my third set.

This is normal. Maybe lighter. But to be honest, that might be enough. 120lm, 5000k. Which makes for cool daylight. Instead of using 2 screws. I just used 4 command strips. Supports. The plane is on the back. I love this extra help. For the price it's worth it!

I like the lamp idea. It's bright, uses 3C batteries, is wide, and looks good. Unfortunately I can't use it. The bracket between the base and the lamp is too short for all the picture frames I have. I have a competitor lamp that I would like to replace with this one. I would like to see a longer or telescoping arm.

When it works it's nice and cool but otherwise 3 batteries C drain surprisingly quickly. When we switched to rechargeable EBL batteries, we found that the EBLs are a bit smaller than standard C batteries, so we had to put aluminum foil between the batteries in the headlight to ensure a solid connection. Not recommended.

Does the job. Looks cheap up close but can't be heard from 4-6 feet away when placed over the image. The batteries fall out quite easily when inserted, so this part was a little annoying. Installation was easy and straightforward. I am grateful that the mount had a built-in bubble level. I was hoping it would be a yellow light. The description says natural white, but the product photos are deceptive. Spring. i'm trying it now.

Plus and a big minus. I like that it's light. C batteries add weight, but not too much. The length is good. I like that you can adjust the angle. The remote control is great. Definitely the best feature. I find the battery compartment negative. It had slots that were too big so the batteries didn't touch and the light didn't come on because it wasn't receiving power. I literally used my drill to shave off the plastic baffles between each battery on either side and that fixed the problem…
