It was very difficult to open the camera's battery and part of the photo card. Definitely not something I could do every day. When I tried to call support I waited 25 minutes and then gave up. I write an email but no reply. I sent it back and will not buy it again.

We only have 1 of these at the moment but after buying 3 Moultrie trail cameras we have come to the conclusion that this 1 is better than 5 Moultries! Moultries became trash after about a month of use and were thrown back into the crates they came in! The Switch is still up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 9 months later and working great! Quality, performance and price! I will be buying more of these and I'm glad I did! ;)
