Wilton 2105 8243 Premium Non Stick Bakeware Review

I know Wilton has a good name so thought I'd give it a try. I wanted to try making chocolate chip cookies using the convection feature in my microwave, so I needed a round pan. I've used them several times (for biscuits and biscuits) and they are wonderful. Absolutely non-stick coated and very easy to clean.

I bought it to use for pizza but when I had to cook potatoes I decided to give it a try. I tossed the potato slices in the olive oil, salt and pepper and spread them out in a single layer in this pan. I put it in the oven heated to 425 degrees and in twenty minutes we had fried potato slices, crispy and delicious. I don't know how it is with pizza.
