Keep looking for the best.

Too easy to unscrew. You don't have to worry about the cargo on the trailer. We bought them primarily to store kayaks or kayaks on our kayak trailer. I would not recommend them.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Very thin webbing

The webbing is almost paper thin but good for light use. The Kambakles themselves seem strong enough, but appear to be cast from "pot metal". For my purposes they worked as I cut them apart to sew the cargo mesh together.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • No instructions

cheap thin for accessories

I use motorcycle mounts. I have children's bikes from 50ccm. cc to 500 cc See KTM. I bought 4 packs from Home Depot for $10 that are three times thicker than these. They cost a dollar each. I wouldn't even trust them on my daughter's 50cc bike. Just too flimsy, they either go in the trash or maybe I leave them in the glove box as an emergency zip tie. I would definitely not buy them for motorcycles. It might be good to hold on to a sleeping bag.

Great strap for ease of use.

I used these ribbons for tying. I've found that some have had issues with slipping. To use them so they don't slip off, you need to slide them through the bottom and up through the notched clip so that when you pull, the clip falls down and secures the strap. If you put them through from the front, they will slip off because the clip can't grab and hold. Good straps for medium to light straps. I would not tie a kayak to it. But they have a purpose and they will last if used properly.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Useless features
