for a while and finally decided for this and another brand. This kit looks well made (no protruding threads, no tears, consistent color, straight stitching. It fits well and lets in a lot of light which is what I wanted.

The yellow is as bright as the picture. It's also a bit rosy. They are transparent so you can see through them at night when the lights are on, but I bought them for the backyard kitchen window so it's fine. I'm only sending them back because the fabric is a bit stiff and I can't just open them on my small window without a drawstring (which has nowhere to attach so it doesn't get in the way in the closet). Very cute, great price, wish I could have kept them!

The word "linen" (even faux linen) to describe these curtains is beyond me and almost criminal. I used to buy faux linen curtains so I know what they should look like. Only a brilliant finish denies them the right to even be in the stadium. These are nothing but sheets from a cheap store, and if that's not the look you want, save your money. To add insult to injury, they horribly misrepresent the product and then have the audacity to require you to return the goods.
