Product is missing instructions or manual

I had an apparent problem with the fuel pump on my 2007 Buick. I had to measure the voltage and connect two terminals in the fuel pump relay circuit for diagnostic purposes. The troubleshooting guide I used said that the GM electrical connection test kit should be used to avoid damaging the terminals that the relay is connected to.
