🦎 Zoo Med Nightlight Reptile Bulb: Enhance Your Pet's Habitat with a 60-Watt Red Glow Review

The product description says 60w bulbs but we received 25w bulbs. Now the picture that comes with the product says 25w so we just thought they used the wrong picture when ordering. Apparently this is not the case. Not very happy with the fact that I received the verses I thought I ordered as per the description.

I am a former San Diego Zoo/Herpetologist. I ordered 2 packs because I have multiple hatchlings and I always get the Zoo Med red light and Power Sun UV light. My two lamps (Zoo Med) I just ordered are NOT working! I don't know if this will be fixed but I will update. I needed these lightbulbs for my babies and expected them to work.

We have tried SEVERAL lights over the last year and a half. We tried different hoods, lights and surge protectors. Even the ones I bought at the store were terrible. These are the ONLY lights that have lasted more than 5 days without breaking into our turtle tank. (It's been a long year and a half.) I will order them again and again!

I ordered this for my leopard gecko and she LOVES it. We used to have a black light and you rarely saw her come out and sit under the light, but now with this one we see her on the rock receiving light almost every night. I love that there are 2 packs so you always have a spare when you need it. They are much more expensive in store so I highly recommend getting 2 packs for the same price as one.

Both lightbulbs came out of the packaging with something encrusted. I don't know what exactly it could be. They work well and my tortoise enjoys the extra light but I am concerned that someone else may have used them or just old bulbs. I'm not sure how long they will last because of this. I also bought blue daytime running lights from the same company and they didn't have a shell on them. 4 stars so far but if there are any issues I will update my rating.
