The ease of use, how it tracks everything in one place for all agents to see at once is great! I do wish there were more options for different types of reports than just the weekly report that comes out each week but other than that this has been working very well for us so far. This program was not as user friendly as we needed when first introduced into our office. It took some getting used too but now seems like a really simple system overall.
