User friendly meeting scheduler & collaboration tool
The simplicity of setting up a new workspace is great - no learning curve! We were able to get started almost immediately with the most recent version of the software. There are some features that still need to be added (which I know is coming soon), like "Meetings" and "Meeting Reminders". So far it's working well though and we've seen excellent results in our time using the software. It has also given us some peace of mind by allowing us to continue with our regular meetings while we're at home. As a remote team, we often have trouble planning important events together so this helps us manage those times.
Pros
- Very simple interface
- Easy integration between Salesforce CRM & Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments or sending meeting invites.
- Integration into Google calendar makes sharing your schedule easy when necessary.
Cons
- Sometimes there can only ever seem one option available if you want something different than what was originally requested.
- Meeting remind alerts could use an improvement
